Are there any hidden costs in your prices?
You get our offers based on the package you choose without any hidden charges. Any changes in price are to be communicated before the start of the job.
Mover is late, how do i handle this?
We always try to inform you ahead of time in case of any delay between jobs and resolve the job as best as we can. The duration of the job is never affected by the lateness of our movers. If you do not receive any prior information please let out customer service know and we will be on it.
How is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed when you receive a notification with the date and time of your move. We also notify you incase on any changes that may affect the timeline of your move.
How do i pay for my order?
You can pay for the order when you book it via multiple payment channels ie Stripe, paypal or Klarna. You can also pay for your order on the moving day with card via sumup, Cash is also an acceptable form of payment.
